Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Once a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.

We do not offer refunds unless one of the following conditions applies:

You purchased the same design multiple times by mistake. In this case, contact us with proof of duplicate purchases for a refund of the extra charge.

The file is corrupted or defective, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
