What Embroidery Format Does the Brother PE800 Use?

The Brother PE800 uses the PES embroidery format. Choose the file ending in .pes when you download a design for this machine.

The Brother PE800 is an embroidery-only machine with a maximum embroidery area of 5 x 7 inches (130 x 180 mm). Designs in 4x4 and 5x7 sizes fit. The 6x10 size is too large for this machine.

To use a design on the PE800:

1. Unzip the download on your computer.
2. Find the .pes file in the 4x4 or 5x7 size.
3. Copy it to a USB flash drive.
4. Plug the drive into the machine and select the design on the screen.

The PE800 loads designs from a USB flash drive.
