What Embroidery Format Does the Singer EM200 Superb Use?

The Singer EM200 Superb uses the XXX embroidery format. Choose the file ending in .xxx when you download a design for this machine.

The Singer EM200 Superb is an embroidery-only machine with a maximum embroidery area of 10.25 x 6 inches (260 x 150 mm). Designs in 4x4 and 5x7 sizes fit. The field is 6 inches (150 mm) wide, so check the exact width of a 6x10 design before using it.

To use a design on the EM200 Superb:

  1. Unzip the download on your computer.
  2. Find the .xxx file in the 4x4 or 5x7 size.
  3. Copy it to a USB flash drive.
  4. Plug the drive into the machine and select the design on the screen.

Singer embroidery machines can generally read DST files as well, but XXX is the better choice because it keeps the thread colors. Check your manual for the full list of formats.
