What Embroidery Format Does the Singer Legacy SE300 Use?
The Singer Legacy SE300 uses the XXX embroidery format. Choose the file ending in .xxx when you download a design for this machine.
The Singer Legacy SE300 is a sewing and embroidery combination machine. Its large hoop is 10.25 x 6 inches (260 x 150 mm), and it also comes with a 4 x 4 inch hoop. Designs in 4x4 and 5x7 sizes fit. The field is 6 inches (150 mm) wide, so check the exact width of a 6x10 design before using it.
To use a design on the Legacy SE300:
- Unzip the download on your computer.
- Find the .xxx file in the 4x4 or 5x7 size.
- Copy it to a USB flash drive.
- Plug the drive into the machine and select the design on the screen.
The Legacy SE300 loads designs from a USB stick.
