You will receive a zip file containing following formats JEF, DST, EXP, HUS, PES, PEC, VIP, VP3, XXX

4x4  hoop - 3.87 x 3.06 inches;  9,050 stitches

5x7  hoop - 4.92 x 6.28 inches;  19,817 stitches

6x10 hoop - 5.92 x 7.56 inches;  25,974 stitches

To have the best quality, I recommend NOT to resize my designs.
