4x4  hoop - 3.87 x 2.87 inches;  18,589 stitches

5x7  hoop - 6.50 x 4.76 inches;  38,328 stitches

6x10 hoop - 8.09 x 5.90 inches;  53,290 stitches

To have the best quality, I recommend NOT to resize my designs.
